  • 2 avocados slightly soft, even a bit under-ripe
  • ¾ c. milk of your choice
  • 2 T. coconut oil melted
  • 4 T. raw honey or maple syrup
  • 2 T. cocoa powder
  • t. sea salt
  • 1 t. vanilla


  • Process or blend all of the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  • Process in an ice cream maker until it reaches your desired consistency.
