Instructions
Cut the banana into 1-2 inch slices.
Lay the banana slices onto a wax paper-lined plate and freeze until solid, about 3-4 hours.
Once the banana pieces are frozen, mix together the remaining ingredients to make the coating. Everything should be at room temperature to mix well, otherwise, the coconut oil will clump.
Dip the banana pieces into the coating until fully covered.
Freeze the banana for a few minutes, then repeat this process, if desired.
Once the pieces are covered and the coating is all used up, freeze the banana slices again until the coating is solid.
