  • 1 cup water
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon chipotle powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • dash cayenne , depending on your preference for 'heat'
