My Original Overnight Oats Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. rolled oats
  • 1/4 c. yogurt
  • 3/4 c. milk of choice
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. vanilla extract
  • 1 T. honey
  • 8 drops liquid stevia
  • Additions: nuts dried fruit, seeds, berries, banana, nut butter, chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix everything together in a bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Enjoy in the morning with whatever additions you like!
