One Bowl Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies (Oil-Free)

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. applesauce
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter or Sunbutter
  • 2 T. honey or maple syrup
  • 16 drops liquid stevia
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 3/4 t. baking soda
  • 1/4 t. + 1/8 t. sea salt
  • 1 1/3 c. oats
  • 1/3 c. buckwheat or whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 c. chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix everything together in one bowl until well combined.
  • Spoon tablespoons of dough onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake 15 minutes.
  • Cool and enjoy!
