This delicious dip combines creamy avocado with high protein cottage cheese for a yummy snack that pairs well with tortilla chips.

  • Chip and Dip Bowl


  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 Tbsp red onion minced
  • 1 Roma tomato chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3-4 tsp lemon juice to taste


  • Mash the avocado well in a bowl.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and stir well. Add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
