Protein Guacamole Dip
This delicious dip combines creamy avocado with high protein cottage cheese for a yummy snack that pairs well with tortilla chips.
Servings 6 servings
- 1 large avocado
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 Tbsp red onion minced
- 1 Roma tomato chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3-4 tsp lemon juice to taste
Mash the avocado well in a bowl.
Add in the remaining ingredients and stir well. Add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
