Sugar-Free Carob Candies
These treats are made with naturally sweet carob, which is a great alternative to cocoa. With no added sugar, these make a great treat or snack!

Ingredients

cup
carob powder

coconut oil
melted

Tbsp
any nut or seed butter you like
1/4
tsp
cinnamon
1
tsp
vanilla
dash sea salt
dash powdered stevia
Instructions
Begin with room temperature ingredients so as to avoid any clumping when mixing.
Whisk all until well combined.
Pour into molds (I use a mini cupcake pan).
Freeze or refrigerate until solid.
