Sugar-Free Carob Candies

These treats are made with naturally sweet carob, which is a great alternative to cocoa. With no added sugar, these make a great treat or snack!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup carob powder
  • 5 Tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 Tbsp any nut or seed butter you like
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • dash sea salt
  • dash powdered stevia

Instructions

  • Begin with room temperature ingredients so as to avoid any clumping when mixing.
  • Whisk all until well combined.
  • Pour into molds (I use a mini cupcake pan).
  • Freeze or refrigerate until solid.
  • Enjoy!
