- ½ cup water
- 2 Medjool dates
- pinch sea salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- stevia if desired, for extra sweetness
- fresh nutmeg or cinnamon to taste
If your dates are hard, soak them in the 1/2 cup of water for 10-15 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients.
Blend all.
Chill or add ice and enjoy!
