A sweet and creamy smoothie that makes a delicious treat or midday snack, NO banana needed! Nut-free, dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons tahini
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • pinch sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • stevia if desired, for extra sweetness
  • fresh nutmeg or cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  • If your dates are hard, soak them in the 1/2 cup of water for 10-15 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blend all.
  • Chill or add ice and enjoy!
