Ingredients

(I usually use a Gala)

hemp seeds or walnuts

tsp
cinnamon
dash
nutmeg

soft date

ice
Instructions
Blend everything except for the ice until smooth.
Add in the ice and blend for another 5-10 seconds until smooth.
